Git is a distributed version-control system for tracking changes in source code during software development. In this workshop you will learn why we need version control and how to use GitHub to keep track of your projects.
The workshop will be for beginners, so no previous experience is required, only a laptop.
We will install the software that lets us use git and create our first git project.
